I love this story. At the other place I lived my then boyfriend came home to 3 rooms filled with blood and feather. He called and left me a voice mail on my cell telling me he had only one thing to say. Ick, ick, ick. I was so glad I wasn't home to have to clean it up. I'd say with that big of a bird you have a real hunter there and he truly loved you to catch something so big!

I bet he was so proud of himself. I once found a crow skeleton and feathers under my bed when I moved it. Apparently Beemer brought it in while I was away having brain surgery or I'm sure I'd have smelled it! ;)
